The CNR application was submitted to Southampton City Council (SCC) on 6th March 2008. It is hoped that the application will be granted consent in late Summer/early Autumn, with work commencing on site in the Winter of 2008.

The CNR application seeks to enhance the principles established by the SEEDA scheme that was approved by SCC in August 2006 and issued in March 2008 following the signing of the associated legal agreement.
